15-Minute Intro Call + 60-Minute Coaching Session

This session is all about helping you get clear on what you actually want for your health and life — especially if everything feels jumbled or overwhelming right now.

Together, we’ll:

  • Talk through what you’re wanting and what feels unclear or stuck

  • Sort out competing priorities so you’re not trying to do everything at once

  • Identify what matters most to you right now, not what you “should” be doing

  • Look at your current habits or routines in a realistic, no-pressure way

  • Leave with a clear focus and a few next steps that you feel confident moving forward with

You won’t be told what to do or given a rigid plan. This is a supportive conversation that helps you walk away feeling focused, grounded, and clear on your direction with a plan inspired by you.

Format:

  • Secure telehealth

  • In-person sessions available for local clients

Faith-integrated wellness coaching, purpose coaching, and consulting are offered as separate services. Book Here

HSA/FSA Use:
Many clients are able to use HSA or FSA funds to pay for health and wellness coaching services. Eligibility is determined by your plan administrator. I recommend checking with your provider and/or obtaining a Letter of Medical Necessity if required.

Through thoughtful questions and reflection, I help you slow things down, hear your own thinking, and clarify priorities—especially where things have felt confusing or stuck.

We build what actually fits.
Based on your session, we may establish one or a few goals or routines—always guided by your capacity, season, and real life. Nothing forced. Nothing overwhelming.

We focus on consistency, not perfection.
I support you through accountability and gentle check-ins, helping you notice what’s working, adjust what isn’t, and build confidence in your ability to follow through over time.

You leave with clarity and next steps.
Each session ends with simple, self-chosen actions you can realistically carry into your life—no pressure, no overload.

We keep refining as you go.
Over time, our work creates steadiness, balance, and forward momentum—so wellness becomes something you live, not something you keep restarting.
