Before I had 10+ years of critical care experience, before I became a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, before I built Her Promise Circle, I was one of them.

I was the woman trying to figure out what was happening to me with no real language, no clear resources, and a whole lot of “just pray about it” energy around mental health.

I lost family members who couldn’t find the support they needed, then walked through my own mental health crisis while still trying to show up for everybody else.
