    Michal Renee is a Wellness Strategist, Speaker, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, author of two books, founder, and host of a Top 3% Global Podcast.

    With over a decade of bedside experience as a critical care respiratory therapist, Michal has spent years caring for people during some of the most critical moments of their lives. Her work in healthcare gave her a firsthand look at what happens when people do not receive the awareness, education, support, or resources they need before crisis occurs.

    Her passion for preventive wellness is also personal. As a mental health crisis survivor and someone who has experienced grief, burnout, and the impact of chronic illness within her own family, Michal understands that wellness cannot be reduced to one part of a person’s life. She believes the whole woman must be supported: mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and socially.

    Today, Michal helps women and organizations rethink wellness through prevention, behavior change, faith integration, and community-based support systems. Her work addresses burnout, overwhelm, emotional regulation, health behavior change, and the real-life barriers that keep women from staying well consistently.

    As the founder of Her Promise Circle Foundation, Michal expands access to preventive wellness resources for women who may not otherwise be able to afford or receive them. Through coaching, speaking, podcasting, wellness programming, and community-centered initiatives, she is changing the conversation from crisis response to sustainable support.

    Michal’s mission is simple: to help women stop surviving and start living with the support, strategy, and whole-person care they need to become well, stay well, and walk fully in their God-given purpose.
