THE REAL GAP
Why Wellness Efforts Often Fall Short
Organizations are investing in wellness—
for their staff and for the communities they serve.
Yet many still experience:
burnout within teams
low engagement in wellness initiatives
gaps between strategy and real-life implementation
programs that do not translate into sustainable outcomes
This is not a lack of resources.
It is a failure in follow-through.
Care is delivered.
Resources are provided.
Programs are created.
But after the appointment…
after the workshop…
after discharge…
Women are left to manage real life on their own.
That is where outcomes break down.
Wellness must be embedded into:
How women function day-to-day
How support is sustained between touchpoints
and how systems are designed to support real life
We help organizations fix follow-through—so outcomes actually improve.
THE APPROACH
A Whole-Person, Systems-Based Model
Michal Renee partners with organizations to move beyond surface-level wellness initiatives and build systems that support real-life follow-through.
Her work integrates:
clinical experience in high-acuity healthcare environments
behavioral and emotional health insight
program development and community-based application
preventative, system-level strategy
This approach is designed to:
improve patient outcomes between visits and after care
increase engagement and consistency
reduce burnout and overwhelm
support sustainable behavior change
Breathe

Break
Identify gaps in systems, workflows, and program design that limit effectiveness
Build
Develop and implement wellness strategies, programs, and structures that support consistent, real-life outcomes
This framework bridges the gap between care, behavior, and real-life execution.
THE IMPACT
A Whole-Person, Systems-Based Model
Better Follow-Through. Better Outcomes. Greater Impact.
We help organizations:
improve patient outcomes by increasing real-life follow-through
reach more women in the same amount of time—more effectively
increase accessibility, affordability, and consistency through hybrid delivery
Reduce gaps between services provided and results achieved
expand impact across families, children, and communities
When you support a woman, you support a household.
Our model allows you to scale that impact—without increasing operational strain.
