THE REAL GAP

Why Wellness Efforts Often Fall Short

Organizations are investing in wellness—
for their staff and for the communities they serve.

Yet many still experience:

  • burnout within teams

  • low engagement in wellness initiatives

  • gaps between strategy and real-life implementation

  • programs that do not translate into sustainable outcomes

This is not a lack of resources.

It is a lack of integration, structure, and behavioral alignment.

Wellness must be embedded into:

  • how people work

  • how systems function

  • and how programs are designed
